Health and Safety Precautions
Your family’s health and safety is our top priority. As such, we are taking the follow measures to do our part in keeping our community safe:
We are washing our hands frequently and using hand sanitizer when we cannot wash our hands.
We are wearing masks when we meet with you in your home and by request.
We use our own equipment, like leashes, when possible. We ask that families leave treats and other necessary supplies out where they are easily accessible to minimize how many items we need to touch in their home.
We wipe down commonly touched surfaces and items like door knobs and light switches when possible and by request.
We are also happy to offer physically distanced New Client Meetings to help minimize close personal contact:
1) Video call: This is where we can go over our Client Onboarding process together and get to know more about your pets. We go through an in-depth interview for each of your pets. We ask questions about what they like and what they don’t like, and we go over our forms with you electronically. This reduces the close contact that normally takes place in your home.
2) In-person: After completing our video call, we can shorten our time together in your home. You can give us a quick home tour while we get to know your pets.
