I have included some information about us and our services below, as well as how to get started with us. It might be a lot of info, but we like to be thorough!
Here is some quick info about us: We have a special brand of VIP care, because we believe all pets deserve to be treated like Very Important Pets!! We are an insured and bonded business with W-2 employees (meaning extra protection for our Lucky Pup Families). We have a number of certifications and we are always focused on continuing education to be sure we are giving our clients our best.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we keep in continual conversation with our human clients while they are away with detailed updates and photos after every visit through our fantastic client portal program and phone app. We have a number of certifications and we are always focused on continuing education to be sure we are giving our clients our best. We love to visit pets and offer the highest quality in-your-home care with our team of professional pet sitters. We walk, play, or cuddle with the pets in our care – and often all of the above in one visit! We make it a priority to get to know our client pets to create personalized, VIP experiences.
Visit options: We have a few care options available! We visit at least per day. A lot can happen during a day, and as professionals we want to only give our best to our clients! Our most popular visit option is one visit per day, but we can also visit twice per day with either two Standard Visits per day, or one Standard Visit and one Short Visit per day.
Pricing: Two visits per day is either ($64/day + tax), or ($56/day + tax) depending on your visit option. One visit is ($32 + tax). Our prices are all inclusive, including all cats or other small pets in your home, playtime, litter box cleaning, any medications, and feeding.
If you have just a single pet that lives in a habitat that needs a brief check in and food top-off, such as a hamster, guinea pigs, tortoise/turtles, bearded dragon, chickens, etc., we do have additional shorter options available depending on the level of care required. We are happy to visit “pocket pets” for longer visits that might like some enrichment time around the house or outside depending on your pet type!
Getting started: We start all clients off with a New Client Meeting! This is the time for us to come to your home and and meet you and them. We meet you and them, take detailed care notes, and talk more in depth about how we can give them the best time while we visit. We will ask lots and lots of questions, because we really get to know your pets and what they like and what they don’t like. We also invite you to our online portal program, pick up a key or access code to your home, and answer any questions you might have for us.
Our calendars fill up fast, and I’m sure yours does, too, so we suggest getting this booked as soon as you are ready. We like to meet about a week or two before you travel, but you can select a day to get together anytime in the next year if you want to get together before you travel. If you pick a time that we need to adjust (because life happens) that is easy to do!
Once you feel comfortable and are ready to move forward, all you need to do is book your New Client meeting. Once you have scheduled this meeting, we will reserve your visits on our calendar. We do not reserve dates for pet care until this meeting is added to our calendars. We cannot guarantee we will continue to have availability for visits if a New Client Meeting is not added to our schedule within the next 36 hours.
