We know how hard it is to find someone to watch your pets while you are away and we wish you all the best in your search! You might want to check with Tail Chasers Pet Sitting. They are also often booked out in advance, but are another great service provider.
Here is some quick info about us: We have a special brand of VIP care, because we believe all pets deserve to be treated like Very Important Pets!! We are an insured and bonded business with W-2 employees (meaning extra protection for our Lucky Pup Families). We have a number of certifications and we are always focused on continuing education to be sure we are giving our clients our best.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we keep in continual conversation with our human clients while they are away with detailed updates and photos after every visit through our fantastic client portal program and phone app. We have a number of certifications and we are always focused on continuing education to be sure we are giving our clients our best. We love to visit pets and offer the highest quality in-your-home care with our team of professional pet sitters. We walk, play, or cuddle with the pets in our care – and often all of the above in one visit! We make it a priority to get to know our client pets to create personalized, VIP experiences.
Visit options: Your pets stay at home and we visit them throughout the day. Our most popular pet sitting option is three Standard visits per day (breakfast, midday, and bedtime). We also have many families that have us visit four times per day (breakfast, noontime, dinnertime, and bedtime). A lot of our clients with younger or higher energy dogs or with senior pets at home choose four visits per day.
Our Standard visit is perfect for a walk around the block or some time to hang out in the yard, mealtime, and cuddles if they like. We also offer Extended visits, which is double the time spent with your pets for an additional $19/visit. You can upgrade any visit to an Extended visit. We have quite a few clients who like to do two Standard visits and one Extended visit each day – the combination of visits is totally up to you!
Pricing: Four standard visits is $132 + tax, and three standard visits is $99 + tax. Our prices are all inclusive. This includes all your pets, and any walks, medications, daily litter scooping, and any other “extras” so you don’t have any surprise fees.
We charge by the visit, so for that first and last day we are often prorating your services and only charge for the one or two visits you need and not for a full day of care. I also want to mention that we have an additional 50% holiday fee for the day-of most major holidays. We are always happy to put together a more formal quote for you!
Getting started: We start all clients off with a New Client Meeting ($38)! This is the time for us to come to your home and and meet you and them. We meet you and them, take detailed care notes, and talk more in depth about how we can give them the best time while we visit. We will ask lots and lots of questions, because we really get to know your pets and what they like and what they don’t like. We also invite you to our online portal program, pick up a key or access code to your home, and answer any questions you might have for us.
